Auntie Joy is a series of 4 events held in the village of Ryton, England. Funded and co-curated by NofC and TQ, the events are designed to offer difference, challenge, and pleasure to audiences and performers alike. This recording of the first event in September 2021 showcases a number of musicians improvising and blending their sounds in an unrehearsed continuous performance held in the 800 year old Holy Cross Church.
